This special ticketed session will feature samples of 4 different chocolates specially paired with 4 Adirondack Winery wines. Learn about the taste profiles of each of the chocolates and how to best choose the wines to enjoy them with, and more.

During this advanced class, you will learn about the history of chocolate making and some of the secrets behind Barkeater’s award winning chocolates. Learn how to closely tune into all five senses to make the most of each chocolate and wine pairing.
