During this advanced class, you will learn about the history of chocolate making and some of the secrets behind Barkeater’s award winning chocolates. Learn how to closely tune into all five senses to make the most of each chocolate and wine pairing.

It’s back! The Wine and Chocolate gala sponsored in part by Barkeater Chocolates is a night of…well, wine and chocolates. This is Chapman Museum’s most important fundraiser.
Join us for this fundraising gala to raise money to help local kids who are dealing with financial difficulties after the loss of a parent. We’re teaming up with ADK Winery to bring you an event within an event: a wine and chocolate pairing session.
