This year, you’ll be treated to our yummy FlavorWow™ samples that can easily be paired with wine from our friends at Adirondack Winery. Our tables will be right next to each other – so pull on up!
It’s our 11th anniversary! And by “our,” we mean Barkeater Chocolates and Adirondack Winery!! To celebrate, Barkeater will be at ADK’s Lake George tasting room sampling our custom chocolates made specifically for the winery. It’s a great time to turn 11.
Learn how chocolate is made and the history behind this delectable treat. Gain knowledge in the art of tempering and how to work with chocolate. You’ll work with a few different kinds of chocolate and use this knowledge to make a few treats to take home.
Please advise of any food allergies and note that there is dairy in the chocolate we will be using. Students should plan to bring an apron, wear closed-toe shoes and a hat, hair band or other item to put up long hair.
