Learn how chocolate is made and the history behind this delectable treat. Gain knowledge in the art of tempering and how to work with chocolate. You’ll work with a few different kinds of chocolate and use this knowledge to make a few treats to take home.
Please advise of any food allergies and note that there is dairy in the chocolate we will be using. Students should plan to bring an apron, wear closed-toe shoes and a hat, hair band or other item to put up long hair.
Shop for everything you could need for your holiday feasts and sample along the way. We’ll be at the Clifton Park Shoppers World Market 32 with ample samples of your Flavorite chocolates!! Be sure to load up with sweet treats from the Patisserie Case, located right near Starbucks.
